Ground Floor

Step into the entrance hallway with porcelain tiled floor and underfloor heating. Bedroom One on the ground floor features two single beds, a built-in wardrobe with ample coat hangers, premium tiled floor with underfloor heating, and a radiator. There is a family bathroom adjacent to this bedroom with access from the hallway. The bathroom includes a bath and separate shower cubicle with an electric shower.

Bedroom Two on the ground floor offers a king-sized double bed and has its own ensuite shower room with a WC and sink. It also features underfloor heating and a built-in wardrobe.

Living and Dining

The open plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge provide a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a washing machine/tumble dryer, a dishwasher, and a large American-style fridge freezer with a built-in ice maker and water cooler with filtration. You'll find a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and a complete range of crockery, pans, glasses, and cutlery. A separate door leads to the outside front decking and the private hot tub area.

The lounge area features comfortable leather sofas and a Smart TV connected to the Wi-Fi for your entertainment.

Upstairs

Upstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms. The first bedroom offers twin single beds and is fully ensuite with a Mira shower, WC, and wash hand basin. The ensuite bathroom also features underfloor heating. The second bedroom at the front of the property offers stunning sea views and includes a king-sized double bed. It has its own ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating, a Mira drench shower, a WC, and a wash hand basin.

Luxury Amenities and Extras

Beach House 4 is equipped with an eco-friendly air-to-water heat source pump, providing thermostatically controlled central heating with radiators throughout the property. The ensuite bathrooms also have heated towel rails. Enjoy the pressurized hot water system with power showers.

Outside, there is free parking just outside the door. The decked terrace offers outside tables and chairs for eight people. The hot tub, located on the terrace, provides seating for six to seven people and offers wonderful sea views.

During your stay, you'll find complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar sachets, along with toilet roll and washing up liquid. All electricity and heating costs, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Stay connected with fast fibre to premises broadband and Wi-Fi access throughout the property.

As a guest of Beach House 4, you have complimentary use of the Holly Tree Hotel Swimming Pool & Hot Tub, which is open daily from 9am till 10pm. The Holly Tree Hotel also features a Seaview Bar and Restaurant, serving food and drinks daily from 12pm. Further, if you wish to enjoy a hearty cooked Scottish Breakfast, or even something a bit lighter, then we can usually also offer breakfast at the hotel for a fixed rate.
