Ground Floor

Step into the entrance hallway, which has a tiled floor and underfloor heating. Just off the hallway, you'll find a ground floor toilet with tiled floor, a WC, and a sink.

Adjacent to the hallway is Bedroom One, featuring comfortable twin beds, a built-in wardrobe, premium tiled flooring with underfloor heating, and a radiator. This ground floor bedroom boasts its own ensuite bathroom with a WC, a sink, a luxurious deep bath, and a separate shower cubicle equipped with a refreshing Mira drench mains pressure shower to help you wake up.

On the other side of the entrance hallway is Bedroom Two, which features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, which has a WC, a sink, and a luxury Mira drench shower. There is also access to the glass-fronted decking from this bedroom, leading straight out to the Hot Tub!.

Living and Dining

The heart of Beach House 3 is its open plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The fully fitted kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a washing machine/tumble dryer, a dishwasher, and a large American style fridge freezer with a built-in ice maker and water cooler featuring filtration. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee pod Nespresso machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and a complete range of crockery, pans, glasses, and cutlery.

The dining area features a large wooden table with seating for eight, allowing you to enjoy meals with family and friends. The lounge area provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind, with two large sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, a widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, and a Bluetooth sound system.

Upper Floor

Head up the carpeted staircase to the first floor landing, where you'll find access to the Bedroom Three, the master bedroom, and Bedroom Four and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, a dressing table, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a wall-mounted Smart TV with satellite channels. The ensuite bathroom features a WC, a sink, a bath, a separate shower cubicle, and a heated towel rail.

The second and third bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with the second bedroom containing a double bed, a bedside cabinet with a lamp, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom includes twin beds, a bedside cabinet with a lamp, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

Outdoor Space

Step outside and soak up the stunning surroundings. The beach is just a stone's throw away, offering you the perfect opportunity for a morning stroll or an evening sunset walk. The outdoor space at Beach House 3 includes a patio area with outdoor seating, perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining.

Luxury Amenities and Extras

Beach House 3 is equipped with an eco-friendly air-to-water heat source pump for thermostatically controlled central heating throughout the property. Each ensuite bathroom includes a heated towel rail for added comfort. The pressurised hot water system ensures powerful showers to rejuvenate your senses.

Outside, enjoy the convenience of free parking just outside the entrance doorway. The decked terrace provides a delightful space for outdoor dining, complete with tables and chairs for seven people. The hot tub, situated on the decking, offers a soothing retreat for six to seven people.

During your stay, you'll find complimentary tea, coffee, sugar sachets, toilet roll, washing up liquid, and hotel-style toiletries. Electricity and heating costs, along with bed linen and towels, are all included in the price. Stay connected with fast fibre to premises broadband and Wi-Fi access throughout the property.

As a guest of Beach House 3, you have Complimentary access to the Holly Tree Hotel Swimming Pool & Hot Tub, open daily from 9am till 10pm, which is a short 100m walk away. The Holly Tree Hotel also features a Seaview Bar and Restaurant, serving delicious food and drinks daily from 12pm.Further, if you wish to enjoy a hearty cooked Scottish Breakfast, or even something a bit lighter, then we can usually also offer breakfast at the hotel for a fixed rate.
