Check In Information

We're excited to have you with us, and we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Here's some helpful information to ensure you have a great experience: Check-in time is from 4 pm. Check out is by 10 am.You can pick up your room keys at our friendly reception. If you arrive a bit earlier and your property isn't ready yet, no worries! You can make use of our fantastic restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and hot tub at the Holly Tree Hotel while you wait.

As our valued guest, access to the swimming pool and hot tub is complimentary. If you plan to dine at our restaurant, we recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment. Just drop us an email or give us a call at 01631 740 292 to secure your table. Please make sure to read your confirmation email for further details!

Important information for Christmas Breaks

Please note that the hotel is closed on 24th December, 25th December, and 26th December. The Hotel Bar, Restaurant, and Swimming Pool are also shut on these days. This is to give our hard-working team a much-earned break. 

Our self-catering properties remain open during these dates, but please note that check-ins are not available during this period.
