Bedroom One
Features two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, premium tiled floor with underfloor heating, and a radiator. This ground floor bedroom boasts its own ensuite bathroom with a WC, a sink, a luxurious deep bath, and a separate shower cubicle equipped with a refreshing Mira drench mains pressure shower to help you wake up.
Bedroom Two
Offers a king-sized double bed and is ensuite with a bathroom which has a WC, a sink, and a luxury Mira drench shower. There is also access to the glass-fronted decking from this bedroom, leading straight out to the Hot Tub!.
The open plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge provide a spacious and inviting atmosphere, as well as sensational views over Loch Linnhe. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a washing machine/tumble dryer, a dishwasher, and a large American-style fridge freezer with a built-in ice maker and water cooler with filtration. You'll find a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and a complete range of crockery, pans, glasses, and cutlery. A separate door leads to the glass-fronted decking and the private hot tub.
The lounge area features comfortable leather sofas and a Smart TV connected to the Wi-Fi for your entertainment.
Bedroom Three
Features three single beds. There is a family bathroom in the hallway with a Mira shower, WC, and wash hand basin, intended for the occupants of the family room.
Bedroom Four (Master)
The master bedroom at the front of the property offers stunning sea views and includes a king-sized double bed. It has its own ensuite bathroom. It also features a fantastic glass-fronted balcony with panoramic sea views.
